    When you're ready, write to us from the contact form or on WhatsApp. We create your school at its own address and set it up with you: instructors, courses, prices and the data you already have.

  3. 15 days free, then you decide

    You work with real clients, with every feature and no credit card. At the end you pick a plan inside the app and pay by card; if you don't, access stops, with no charge.

The trial doesn't start by itself: we switch it on as soon as you write to us.

Office only
€29 per month, 2 managers: the school is closed but keeps selling next season. Packages, accounts, payments, excursions and accommodation as usual; schedule and rentals read-only.
Data import
A one-off €50: we bring over clients, lessons and payments from Excel or other software.

Need a feature that isn't there? We build it for your school, on quotation.
Hotel and accommodation management
Up to 10 rooms €9 per month, up to 20 rooms €19, up to 35 rooms €29; yearly €90, €190 or €290. On its own, if you only have rooms, or together with your school plan. Rooms and bookings with Beds24, accounts and property balance. Over 35 rooms: custom.
Launch price
Join by the end of 2027 and keep this price for 24 months.

The rules, in plain words

  • Prices exclude VAT. Payment by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly.
  • Monthly: cancel any time, from the end of the current month. Yearly: runs until the end of the year.
  • The data belongs to your school: if you leave, we export it for you.
  • What counts is the instructors and managers who use Looply. If your school grows, you move up to the next plan.

Who counts towards the plan?

The instructors and managers who use Looply. Essential: up to 3 instructors and 1 manager. Pro: up to 7 instructors and 2 managers. Elite: no limit on instructors or managers. Enterprise doesn't depend on numbers: it's for schools that want features built specially for them.

How do I start the 15-day trial?

If you like, try the demo first. Then write to us from the contact form or on WhatsApp: we open your school and set it up with you. From then on you have 15 days with every feature, no card. At the end, pick a plan in the app and pay by card, or stop.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes: the monthly plan can be cancelled any time, from the end of the current month. The yearly one runs until the end of the year. Your data stays yours and we export it for you.

My data is already in other software or in Excel.

We bring it over for you: clients, lessons, payments and memberships, from Excel or other software. A one-off €50.

What happens at the end of the trial?

You pick a plan and enter your card, or you stop: no automatic charge. If you pick a plan, everything you entered during the trial stays.

How does the off-season pause work?

When the school is closed you switch to €9 per month: the app stays available read-only, online forms (bookings, sign-ups, memberships) stop, the data stays where it is, and when you reopen you go back to your plan. Up to 6 months a year.
