Do I need to install anything?
No. Looply runs in the browser on your phone and computer, at your school's own address, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
How do I start the 15-day trial?
If you like, try the demo first. Then write to us from the contact form or on WhatsApp: we open your school and set it up with you. From then on you have 15 days with every feature, no card. At the end, pick a plan in the app and pay by card, or stop.
My data is already in other software or in Excel.
We bring it over for you: clients, lessons, payments and memberships, from Excel or other software. A one-off €50.
How do my clients pay?
However you like: cash, card terminal, bank transfer or the online payment link by card (Stripe). You can ask for a deposit and decide whether the client pays the card fee.
Who counts towards the plan?
The instructors and managers who use Looply. Essential: up to 3 instructors and 1 manager. Pro: up to 7 instructors and 2 managers. Elite: no limit on instructors or managers. Enterprise doesn't depend on numbers: it's for schools that want features built specially for them.
Is my data safe?
Each user only sees what their role allows, logins are logged and signed documents stay private. The data belongs to your school.
Which languages does it work in?
The app and the client forms are in Italian, English, German, Spanish and French; Dutch and Portuguese are on the way. Each user picks their own language.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes: the monthly plan can be cancelled any time, from the end of the current month. The yearly one runs until the end of the year. Your data stays yours and we export it for you.
